Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
Strategic Optimization Advisors, LLC (“SOA,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we never sell, rent, or trade your information, and every inquiry is treated as confidential.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the “Start a Conversation” form, the home page inquiry form, or a white paper download form, we receive what you enter: typically your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), project type, area of interest, and your message.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics tools may receive technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up with you.
- To deliver the white papers and resources you request.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To understand how our content and advertising perform, including measuring visits that come from LinkedIn.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Confidentiality and sharing
Your inquiry is seen only by the SOA team and the service providers that help us run this site and communicate with you (for example, website hosting and form processing, email, and analytics providers). Those providers may process your information only to provide services to us. We do not disclose your name, company, or project details to anyone else without your permission, except where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business, in which case the successor would be bound by this policy.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and advertising technologies
This site uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which may place cookies or similar technologies in your browser so we can measure the performance of our LinkedIn advertising and understand visits to this site. You can limit or block these through your browser settings or by adjusting your LinkedIn advertising preferences at linkedin.com/psettings/advertising. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using the site.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you, maintain a business relationship, and meet legal and recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit highly sensitive information, such as financial account numbers, through the website forms.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests as those laws require.
International visitors
SOA works with clients in the United States and internationally. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
